General & Company
We supply and support customers across Cambodia, with particular depth in Phnom Penh and major industrial zones. Whether you're in a logistics park, factory, quarry, or agricultural facility, contact us to confirm delivery, installation, and service coverage for your location.
Use the Request Quote form on this website, or call or email us directly. Include your company name, the type of equipment you need (e.g. weighbridge, warehouse racking, forklift), your required capacity or dimensions, and any drawings or site plans if available. Our team will respond with options, indicative pricing, and next steps, including a site visit if needed.
Terms are assessed per customer and project. Most B2B orders are fulfilled with a deposit and balance tied to delivery milestones. For large or multi-phase projects, we can discuss staged payment schedules. Speak with our sales team for a formal quotation with terms included.
It depends on the product. Stocked items can be available quickly. Built-to-order weighbridges, racking projects, or specialised forklifts may require longer lead times depending on configuration and import cycles. We provide estimated timelines with every quotation and keep you updated throughout production and shipping.
Truck Scales & Weighbridges
Yes. We supply, install, and support truck scales and weighbridge solutions across Cambodia, including concrete deck and pit-less (above-ground) configurations. Our weighbridges are suited to factories, quarries, ports, logistics yards, batching plants, and government weighing stations. We advise on capacity, foundation type, indicator systems, software integration, and local calibration requirements.
A concrete deck weighbridge is built into a pit in the ground, making it flush with the surrounding surface, ideal where space is limited or vehicle approach angles are tight. A pit-less (above-ground) weighbridge sits on the surface with ramps at both ends, easier to install, easier to maintain, and better suited to sites with more space. We'll recommend the right type based on your site layout, traffic volume, and budget.
The standard recommendation for general truck weighing in Cambodia is 60–80 tonne capacity, which covers most heavy trucks and trailers. For specialist applications, quarrying, port operations, or oversize vehicles, higher capacities may be required. We'll specify the right capacity based on your heaviest expected vehicle, not just your typical load.
For most commercial and industrial operations, calibration should be performed every 6–12 months, or after any significant impact, repair, or relocation. We arrange calibration and verification services in line with your operational and compliance requirements, ask us about scheduling for your site.
Bench scales are compact units designed for smaller loads, ideal for packing stations, lab use, or light industrial checks. Floor scales (platform scales) handle palletised goods and heavier loads at ground level, typically fitted with ramps for easy pallet access. Both are available as digital electronic models. Our team can recommend the right accuracy class and capacity for your process.
Storage Racking Systems
We supply a range of racking solutions including selective pallet racking, heavy-duty shelving, and mobile racking systems. The right type depends on your warehouse dimensions, pallet weight, access frequency, and whether you need high-density storage or easy individual pallet access. We can help you plan a layout before you commit.
Start with the weight of your heaviest loaded pallet and multiply by the number of pallets per bay. Always add a safety margin, racking should never be loaded to its absolute maximum. We provide load capacity specifications with every racking system and can assist with a full warehouse layout plan to ensure your racking is safe, compliant, and efficient.
Yes, most standard racking systems are modular and can be extended with additional bays, levels, or accessories as your operation scales. It's worth planning for future expansion from the start, as the right initial footprint makes scaling much easier and cheaper. Mention your growth plans when you request a quote and we'll factor that in.
Forklifts & Lifting Equipment
We supply electric forklifts, LPG forklifts, and diesel forklifts across a range of load capacities. Each power type suits different environments, electric is best for enclosed warehouses with good charging infrastructure; LPG works well indoors and outdoors with cleaner emissions than diesel; diesel is the strongest choice for heavy outdoor use. We help you match the right type to your shifts, ventilation, fuel access, and total cost of ownership.
Capacity is measured by the weight the forklift can safely lift at a standard load centre (usually 500mm from the fork face). A 2.5–3.5 tonne forklift covers most general warehouse and logistics needs. Heavier applications, steel, bulk materials, large machinery, may require 5 tonne or above. Tell us what you're lifting and we'll recommend the right spec.
We provide practical operator orientation as part of equipment handover, covering safe operation, pre-use checks, and basic maintenance. For formal forklift licensing or certification programmes, we can advise on local requirements in Cambodia.
Service, Warranty & Spare Parts
Yes. For weighing systems and most industrial equipment we supply, our trained technicians handle on-site installation and commissioning. Calibration and verification can be arranged to meet your operational and compliance needs. Scope is confirmed per project, request a proposal when you enquire.
Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product line. We provide clear warranty documentation with every quotation and invoice, no surprises. If a warranty issue arises after purchase, we manage the process with the manufacturer on your behalf so you're not left navigating it alone.
Yes. We maintain access to spare parts and accessories for all equipment we supply, including load cells, indicator units, forklift consumables (tyres, batteries, filters, forks), racking components, and cables. Provide your equipment model and serial number for fast identification. We'll confirm availability and lead time straight away.
Ordering & Delivery
Plastic pallets are durable, hygienic, and consistent in weight, ideal for food, pharmaceutical, retail, and export logistics operations. They resist moisture, insects, and mould better than timber alternatives, and offer lower long-term cost in high-cycle operations. S3 Group supplies plastic pallets in a range of sizes and load ratings suited to racking, floor loading, and export requirements.
